By using the Get Real with Amanda website (hereafter referred to as the “Site”), and/or any services, programs, classes, events, or email newsletters associated with it, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use provided by Real Food Store Tours, LLC (hereafter referred to by its DBA, "Get Real with Amanda"). Get Real with Amanda may from time to time revise these Terms and Conditions of Use without notice. You should occasionally review this page so you are aware of any such revisions.

This Site is proprietary to Get Real with Amanda. All text, images, marks, logos and other content of the Site are proprietary to the Site, or to third parties from whom permission has been obtained. Users may view, download, and print the Site content provided that:

Email & Privacy Policy
The Get Real with Amanda email list is managed via MailChimp.
Email addresses collected are used only to maintain correspondence with those who sign up for the Get Real with Amanda email list, both via direct communication, or via Get Real with Amanda newsletters.
If you would like to be removed from the Get Real with Amanda email list, please refer to the unsubscribe instructions in your last email, or contact me directly to request to be removed.
Once removed from the list, you will no longer receive any communication regarding Get Real with Amanda updates, offers, or programs. However, you can choose to opt-in again at any time via this link.
Payment, Refund, Cancellation & Redemption Policy
Payment for all services, programs, or events is due prior to scheduling. All potential clients must be 18 years of age or older.
Once purchased, a Get Real with Amanda service or program (in whole, not in part), is transferrable, and can be gifted to another person. The service may only be used once, and only by the person who signs the Client Agreement.
The first $25 of any Get Real with Amanda coaching service or program is non-refundable.
Get Real with Amanda offers a 24-hour Cancellation Policy for appointments.
If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We may look for an opportunity to reschedule up to three (3) separate attempts, the first appointment booking included.
If we are unable to reschedule after three (3) separate attempts, your payment for that particular service or program, and/or any subsequent services in that program, will be refunded to you, minus the non-refundable $25, and we will consider the Client Agreement terminated.
If you are scheduled for an appointment and do not make any attempt to contact me at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled meeting, you will remain charged for the full price of the purchased service or program.
Get Real with Amanda has the right to terminate the Client Agreement at any time, for any reason.
In the event that Get Real with Amanda must terminate the Client Agreement and you have made a payment toward any services not yet rendered by Get Real with Amanda at the time of termination, a refund will be issued to you only for the amount of those services not yet rendered.
In the event that a refund is issued for a Get Real with Amanda program purchased at a discounted price, you will receive a refund per the discounted price of the purchased service.
Affiliate Disclaimer
Get Real with Amanda is in the process of realigning with affiliate programs that are consistent with my commitment to making this world a better place for everyone. This means supporting businesses that resonate with this goal, while also choosing some that may simply be more accessible to more people.
As such, Get Real with Amanda is currently a member of the Better World Books affiliate program and the Amazon Associates affiliate program, as well as a former affiliate of Kasandrinos, LLC (links to this company are being removed/replaced). Please note that if products are purchased via a link from this site, a small commission may be received.
Starting in 2021, 50% of all commissions received from the purchase of items via affiliate links will be donated to one of the following organizations: the NAACP Legal Defense Fund; Baltimore Racial Justice Action; and/or Dreaming Out Loud, Inc.
Get Real with Amanda offers no warrantees or guarantees for items purchased via affiliate links. If an item purchased via an affiliate link does not meet your expectations, it is up to you to contact the respective retailer or product manufacturer to resolve the issue.
